Returns

• To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

• Items purchased through promotions or discounted sales may also be eligible for return, unless stated otherwise.

Refunds

• Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If approved, refunds will be processed via cash-on-delivery adjustments, depending on your purchase method.

• Refunds may take 5–10 business days to be reflected, depending on the courier and local processing times.

Non-Returnable Items

• Items that are damaged due to misuse or accidents.

• Items not in their original condition, packaging, or missing parts.

Exchanges

• Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
